Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment.
  • Custom or made-to-order items may take additional time; please check the product description for details.
  • Baked goods are made fresh to order and shipped as soon as possible to ensure quality.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Standard Shipping: [2] to [3] business days
    • Expedited Shipping: [1] to [2] business days
  • Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
  • Due to the perishable nature of baked goods, we only ship these items via postal services and/or UPS to ensure freshness.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for baked goods due to delivery constraints.

Local Delivery 

  • We offer local delivery within 5-10 miles for a flat rate of $10.

Order Tracking & Confirmation

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
  • If you do not receive your tracking number within 2 days, please contact us at CreationsofSophistication@gmail.com. 

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they leave our facility.
  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 1 days with photos, and we will work with you to find a solution.
  • If your package is lost in transit, we recommend reaching out to the carrier first. If unresolved, contact us for assistance.

Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of our products, baked goods are non-refundable and non-returnable.
  • For crafts, we accept returns within 2 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If you received an incorrect or defective craft item, please contact us within 1 days for a replacement or refund.
