Thank you for choosing Creations of Sophistication! We take pride in baking made-to-order treats and handcrafting personalized gifts that are as unique as you are. Please review our Return and Refund Policy to understand how we handle cancellations, damages, and other concerns.


1. Made-to-Order & Customized Items

All of our products – including cookies, cakes, tumblers, keychains, and crochet blankets – are made to order and often customized. Because of this, all sales are final and returns or exchanges are not accepted, except in the case of damage or error.


2. Processing & Production Times

  • Baked goods: Please allow 1–2 business days for preparation before pickup or shipping.

  • Custom non-edible items: Tumblers, keychains, and crochet blankets require 3–5 business days for production.

  • Rush orders may be accommodated depending on availability and may incur an additional fee.


3. Refunds, Replacements, and Damaged Items

We will gladly offer a refund or replacement if your order arrives damaged or incorrect. To be eligible:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via email: Hello@CreationsofSophistication.store

  • Provide:

    • Your order number

    • A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item(s)

    • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we will:

  • Send a replacement at no extra charge


4. Order Cancellations

Cancellations or changes are not possible due to the nature of our production process.


5. Shipping Issues

Once your item has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers. However, if your order is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist with tracking or filing a claim.

If a return is authorized (rare cases only), customers may be responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.


6. Custom Text & Personalization

Please double-check all spelling, names, initials, and custom details when submitting your order. We are not responsible for customer input errors, and refunds will not be granted for mistakes made during ordering.


7. Allergy Disclaimer (Baked Goods Only)

Our baked goods are made in a kitchen that uses common allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, and eggs. We do not guarantee an allergen-free environment and are not liable for allergic reactions. Please notify us of any concerns prior to placing an order.
