Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment.
- Custom or made-to-order items may take additional time; please check the product description for details.
- Baked goods are made fresh to order and shipped as soon as possible to ensure quality.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
- Due to the perishable nature of baked goods, we only ship these items via postal services and/or UPS to ensure freshness.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for baked goods due to delivery constraints.
Order Tracking & Confirmation
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they leave our facility.
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 1 days with photos, and we will work with you to find a solution.
- If your package is lost in transit, we recommend reaching out to the carrier first. If unresolved, contact us for assistance.
Returns & Refunds
- Due to the nature of our products, baked goods are non-refundable and non-returnable.
- For crafts, we do not accept returns or refunds. However, if an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 1 day with photos, your order number, and we will work with you to provide a replacement or exchange. Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
